If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. We advise you to review our policy on returns and replacements.

Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel your order within 7 days without any reason as long as the item is not yet dispatched. 

In order to exercise your rights of cancellation, you must inform us of your decisions by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by calling our customer service mobile number at 0998 578 8788 for faster cancellation of your order.

Return of items

If the product to be returned does not fit, the customer has the right to get store credit in replacement of the item to be returned. The customer will be given 7 days upon purchase of the item.

Condition of Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for return, please make sure that:

  1. The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days
  2. The Goods are in the original packaging and unused

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  1. The supply of Goods you made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
  2. The goods in not under the 7-day warranty anymore

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable courier service. We are unable to issue a store credit without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
